In 2014 Linda completed her Master’s Degree through the Boulder Journey School Teacher Education Program, and began a new chapter in her career. Through many decades of working as a teacher and director in centers, and founding a non-profit family child care home, Linda wanted to open a consulting service where she could share her knowledge with others in the ECE field.
Collaborative Learning's goal is to support meaningful relationships between educators, children, directors, and families. Linda works with programs navigating through the Colorado Shines Rating System as she provides coaching in collaboration with the Early Childhood Council of Boulder County (ECCBC) to centers and homes. Additionally, she has the opportunity to teach Expanding Quality for Infants and Toddlers (EQIT).

In 2018, Caitlin Zimmer joined the Collaborative Learning team. She brings her experience of working with young children and extensive knowledge of the early childhood education field to co-create and co-facilitate workshops in our community. She completed her Master's Degree through the Boulder Journey School Teacher Education Program.
